Elizabeth Tomasetti is a painter currently based in Brooklyn, NY. Since 2020 she has created portraits of revolutionaries from Suriname for Jaguarman, a novel by Raoul de Jong and most recently, the imagery for a book written by Maria Giovanna Cicciari, recounting the accidental discovery of an almost 3,000 year old statue in rural Italy. She is co-founder of Strano Film Festival, an annual short film festival dedicated to the land, in Capestrano, Italy.
